The first unit I ordered was damaged in shipping and had parts missing. This was a real bummer and hassle. Green works arranged for return and sent a new one right away. This is a real well-built product and operates so easy. All of the other products that I own or fuel operated power by electric cord. Being battery operated you can go anywhere with this product to do work with low maintenance. I am very pleased. Thank you

A Cut Above the Rest - Pole Saw

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this pole saw is a cut above the rest. My wife got excited when she saw me pull it out of the box and it was 10 inches long. What a chain reaction she had! Wish she wanted to use it, but she won't touch it, even with a nine foot pole!

Sorry to hear that the unit is performing to your expectations. Chains stretch with use. When new, they stretch more. The tension on a new or newish chain should be checked and tightened every 20 minutes of cutting or so, it can get away from you fast. This is normal stretching. Tension techniques can be found in the owner's manual.
