I bought this a few weeks ago and was very happy with it's performance until it decided to stop working the first day I used it. I called CS who evaluated the situation and decided to pick up my saw and ship me new one. I have not used the replacement yet, so keeping my fingers crossed.

Saw arrived in new, undamaged packaging. Clear instructions about assembly were included. Also included was a 100 ml bottle of chain oil. The saw body has a viewing window to help gauge the oil level. Those two things are nice extras.
The bar oil chamber doesn't quite 100 ml of oil. I guess that's okay for the size of the chain and what you'll be doing with it. I have yet to had to refill it and have done a good bit of trimming with it. Also, the more weight is on the head side of the saw, the more difficult it is to use when reaching more horizontally, so limiting the oil reservoir as one method to help limit weight makes sense.
The saw's reach is adequate. I do wish it was maybe another foot longer. The balance improves with a larger battery in the chamber (unlike the chain saw, which is less balanced with a bigger and heavier battery). So, I have made it a habit of putting a 5Ah battery in. The carrying sling is not terribly helpful and sometimes even gets in the way. But that's probably something what I'll learn to deal with better over time. The noise level of this saw is very low and not a concern.
When using the saw mostly vertically and from the ground, the weight of the head is not a problem. However, when on a ladder (I know, not a good idea to start with) and reaching out more horizontally, it becomes a bit more difficult to handle. It really comes down to technique at that point. One has to trigger the saw before touching the branch to be cut. The weight of the saw body alone will trigger the overload protection and stop the saw from turning before it even gets started.
The saw motor is small but very powerful. I have had no issue cutting through any branch size appropriately for this saw, even when approaching capacity.
Given the small power demand of the motor, battery life is excellent.
Overall I am highly satisfied with my purchase and value to benefit ratio of this tool. I would highly recommend it.

I have used this tool several times now and love the convenience of not having to mess with getting the pool and gas mixture right. All I have to do is snap the battery in and I am surrending my time working versus prepping to work

The 10" chain cuts quick and no issues, even with some serious limbs. I find that the 60v, even with the 2.9 battery is still heavy. It is balanced nice, but heavy. Has a decent reach and what I learned is that you need to rev it up before you touch the branch, or it tends to bind. None of these are concerns for me, just wanted to mention it.

This made the job so much easier. I have palm trees which need to be cut often. This is much less dangerous than using a chainsaw on a ladder.

The first project was to remove a large limb off a oak tree. The saw cut through it without any problems. I was extremely pleased with the performance of this saw.
