Good cutting performance, but chain detaches too easily

Pros - Cuts great. Good battery life. Has two options for pole length. Cons - Chain comes out of its track frequently, requiring a tedious reinstallation each time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback! We are glad to hear you are enjoying the product. Chains stretch with use. When new, they stretch more. The tension on a new or newish chain should be checked and tightened every 20 minutes of cutting or so, it can get away from you fast. This is normal stretching. Tension techniques can be found in the owner's manual. If you require additional assistance, please contact us directly at 1-888-909-6757 and we will provide an instructional guide to help you navigate the tension on your chain. pole saw good, hedge trimmer awkward and too heavy.

bought this combo back in july, used pole saw once, works very well. just now tried the hedge trimmer out, with battery installed and even with shortest extension used, it is too heavy for continued use!! so try it out quickly after 30 days cannot return or exchange for something you can use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this 60 volt pole saw to go with my 60 volt chain saw and 60 volt leaf blower. What a great combination to have around the house and take to the cabin for those unexpected downed trees. The power they deliver and the battery life are truly amazing !
