This Saw works great. I’ve used gas powered pole saw for several years and this saw provides comparable power without the noise and weight. I have 2amp and 5amp batteries - so far only used the 2amp battery and was impressed with the amount of power and run time.
Only drawback so far is the reach. The 8’ length works well for trimming trees around the house but would like and additional 3-4’ for clearing tree stand shooting lanes. Will be looking into whether or not additional extensions can be purchased

The chain comes off quite a bit. The chain adjustment does not hold it in place.

It is a bit heavy so it would have been nice to have a shorter connecter piece for those areas that don’t require the long extension. If you are considering this product, make the plunge.
