Chain came off at first but it may have been a learning curve for use. No more trouble after that. A bit heavier than expected but ok.

The tool operates well. It has plenty of power to cut through anything I have tried cutting. The only thing I would change is the position of the shoulder strap. It is not far enough forward to properly balance the weight of the saw and it cannot be moved far enough forward to do that because of the position of the foam pad on the bar.

I was torn between the 60V and 80V. This 60V is great, can make a bigger pile of limbs than I want to pick up and not even get close running the battery down. It works way better than I anticipated.
