This pole saw is great. The blades are very sharp and easily cut through limbs. You will need several people to keep up with the limbs you are taking down.

Recently purchased the 10 in cordless pole saw to add to my Greenworks collection and it did not disappoint. I live on 7 acres, 4+ are wooded and all of my 60v cordless tools work fantastic. I keep multiple batteries charged and ready to go. For the day to day maintenance, they're all I need. I've been extremely impressed.

The saw works great. My only comment is that it is disappointing that the 60 volt batteries from different manufacturers such as Greenworks, Snapper, and Kobalt are not interchangable when they could be if the slots on the cases and tools were standardized. These batteries are essentially identical but the removable plastic cases have slightly different slot locations that make it impossible to use in a competitor's tools without voiding the warranty. Hardly a "Green" company policy. A little cooperation between companies would reduce the number of batteries entering the waste stream. If a company advertised that their design enabled battery compatibility it would be a selling point for me.
That said the performance of the tool is excellent. The cuts are smooth and powerful. I would recommend it.

I was not expecting an electric chain saw to be better than my gas saw. Well, this one is incredible. Living in Southern AZ we have trees with very hard wood. One is even named "Ironwood" and they mean it. I realize the chain on this is brand new but I took this out and cut through 4" ironwood branches like cutting butter. This will easily take care of all my tree pruning. I was really amazed at its ability to cut thick branches so quickly.
The pole is very long, about 7 feet from the blade to the trigger, over 8 feet total to the battery. With the battery on one end and the saw/motor on the other, it is well balanced although fairly heavy overall. That will probably be the limiting factor... I will wear out before the battery does.
