10 inch cordless pole saw

I purchased this pole saw a year ago and have used it multiple times. This saw is perfect for cutting smaller limbs from trees. The length of this pole saw allows the user to cut many limbs without using a ladder. Very pleased with the quality and the ease of use.

All of the Greenworks tools have done the jobs I needed them to do, mower, weed eater, chainsaw, pole saw, edger.... The Pole Saw and trimmer just added to the collection. Trimmed a rather large tree without a ladder, and all on half a battery. I cannot talk these tools up enough. Long batter life, easy to swap out, and almost no maintenance needed other than basic cleaning and oiling the chain. These tools are powerful, durable, and fun to use. Easy to switch between tools when doing yardwork.

Great for tree trimming

Bought this for trimming small branches from a variety of trees in my area. Seemed to works great. Later used it to cut large overgrowth trees of very soft wood, had a problem with the chain keep coming off. Later removed the chain and bar and examined and discovered the groove in the bar was full of green pulp etc. First used a flat screwdriver blade to circle the groove to get the gunk out. Later discovered the screwdriver was not thin enough to get all the way down in the blade, so used a utility knife to dig all of the gunk out, that that seemed to solve the problem of chain coming off for me. Saw works great cut several limbs up to 6" diameter. I was using 5 amp hour battery as I already had 2 for my 25" lawnmower which I just love. Great Power

I primarily use the 60-volt Pole Hedge Trimmer like a sickle bar mower to trim under pasture fences. It works great and can be adjusted to a comfortable and efficient cutting angle. It's amazing the size of weeds and brush it will cut. If there is something really large I can switch to the chain saw attachment. I am very pleased with the quality and performance.

pro 60v pole saw

I decided to go with a 60v tool line, and settled on Greenworks. I purchased the 10" pole saw and it cuts like lightning, and even though I only have a 2.5ah battery I get a surprising amount of cut time. Enough so that before the battery is out of juice, I am. My only complaint is it does throw the chain often. I found out I need it very tight on the bar. I also have the 60v leaf blower, and grass trimmer. All good products. We just need more tools in the 60v line than there are presently.
