I purchased the 60V string trimmer based on the reviews. This trimmer exceeded my expectations. The power is unbelievable and the battery can almost outlast me. (I’m 70)
I also purchased the blower attachment and I’m very pleased with it also. I took advantage of the Veterans Day discount and ordered the 60V 18” chainsaw.

Nice trimmer

My gas trimmer died so I decided to switch to cordless electric. I'm glad that I did. This trimmer is powerful and I can trim and edge my entire property with plenty of battery power left. No more priming and pulling and pulling the cord hoping the trimmer will start. Pull the trigger and go!

Just as good if not better than the old gas trimmer

Has power and takes the 095 heavy line like the old gas trimmer did. Heavy line makes fast work of the grass and weeds. Battery did not run down as fast as I thought and got all trimming done on one charge. No refilling and spilling fuel - no pulling the start rope several times to start - no smelly fumes - no heat from the engine - no more hearing protection. I really like this machine.......

Heavy and not well balanced

After my first use my arms are exhausted. I used the provide strap but it is not attached to the tool at the center of balance and you need a special wrench to move it which I don't have and they didn't provide. I'm going to work on getting the balance adjusted but it could have come that way out of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do recommend adjusting the handle. This adjustment can provide a better balance between the battery and the base. To adjust the balance of the unit, loosen the screws to move the auxiliary handle up and down the shaft till you are comfortable.

Powerful and quiet

Only used for a few hours now but overall I’m very impressed. It is as powerful as my gas Ryobi string trimmer but very easy to use quiet and low vibration. It is about as heavy as a gas trimmer with a 4 or 5 amp hour installed. Spare battery is recommended if using for an hour plus at a time. String head worked well for loading. I did not experience shutdown issues fro excessive load except when the head became tangled in some landscape fabric. Overall very happy with the purchase. I didn’t think I would be able to completely retire my gas trimmer but it appears to be able to do everything that it could.
