Didn’t work with Trimmer Plus attachment

Bought because it was attachment capable and it didn’t work with brand new TrimmerPlus edging attachment. The motor was not strong enough it could not make the blade spin.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am sorry to hear that your unit did not work with the TrimmerPlus attachments. However, our 60v line has been tested and confirmed to work with TrimmerPlus. The battery can be used in many of the battery run products by Greenworks which makes it very convenient. This trimmer is more powerful than my neighbors gas trimmer and much lighter and very easy to use without the mess of gas and oil. The automatic string feeder is top notch without any problems I would highly recommend.

This string trimmer is awesome!! I ran out of yard to trim after using for an hour. Still had 3/4 battery power left.

This does the job pretty well. It is a bit heavier than other models I've used, and you need to pay close attention to the angle, to avoid getting hit with rocks, etc. But it's a good machine and the battery is handy. It charges quickly (and noisily!)
