Greenworks string trimmer issues

I’ve had my green works string trimmer now for a few months and at first it worked fantastic but as of now 6/2021, the battery will not stay locked in the battery slot. It runs for a few seconds and then the battery pops out and shuts it off. Seems a little cheap because it’s only a few months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This trimmer has surprised me with the amount of power it has. Much better than the blue competition. The batter could last a little longer but i have 2 so if need be just switch them. Overall impressed

I had owned another brand of battery operated trimmer, used my father in-laws Greenworks and had to have one! I have used mine on my property up north that was severely overgrown! My Greenworks trimmer made easy work and the battery life is awesome. This trimmer is by far the best one I have owned! I even say it's better than a gas trimmer on so many levels! I will be purchasing more of the Greenworks product line!

Very quiet, easy and unintimidating to a rookie user

Quiet was reason I bought in the first place so I could mow and trim after the kids when to bed. But be careful, these are contagious. Since I've purchased mine, 2 neighbors and my parents have also bought one. I haven't heard any complaints yet.
