Trimmer is exactly as described. It was easy to assemble, works well and the battery life is reasonable. I'm very pleased and will certainly be looking at other GreenWorks products as needs arise.

It's okay, I purchased to replace a 13" 60v Greenworks on which the motor bearings froze. I would give that one five stars, this one is ergonomically inferior, the debris shield is inferior to any string trimmer I've used and it doesn't have an edge guide or a option for an edge guide. The one I received also had wierdly used looking components even though the box was sealed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Greenworks string trimmer issues

I’ve had my green works string trimmer now for a few months and at first it worked fantastic but as of now 6/2021, the battery will not stay locked in the battery slot. It runs for a few seconds and then the battery pops out and shuts it off. Seems a little cheap because it’s only a few months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well, cuts great. Much less string breaks than other trimmers I’ve owned. But a bit of the heavy side.

This trimmer has surprised me with the amount of power it has. Much better than the blue competition. The batter could last a little longer but i have 2 so if need be just switch them. Overall impressed
