No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ease of use and reliability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last week and have used the blower extensively to remove the leaves that have accumulated over the winter. This product runs like a top and the battery life is better than expected with a quick recharge time to get back to work sooner. I did purchase more batteries, just so that I can continue to work while the other batter is charging. Great power and definitely worth the price of admission. I was of the belief that gas could do the job better, but boy was I wrong. I will not go back to by gas blower, this is so much more maneuverable and easy to use.

Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 60V string trimmer (and blower) about 18 months ago. I’ve used them both for two growing seasons. They are both powerful, and were a bit step up relative to my old gas trimmer and blower. Plus, no more 2-cycle gas//oil mixture. I love these products.

I have to say—this trimmer is a game-changer! It’s powerful, lightweight, and the battery life is incredible. I was able to tackle my yard with ease, and it didn’t miss a beat. Highly recommend!

Perfect for smaller yards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this weekly for almost a month to trim the front and backyard. It's a great tool by itself, without a mower, if you don't have as much grass. We're OK leaving the cut grass on the lawn, so we don't have to worry about using a leaf blower. I'm 6'1" and my wife is about a half foot shorter, and we both find it ergonomic and comfortable to use for the hour or so we spend on the grass.
