Well balanced, powerful, lasts up to an hour on one charge. The lithium battery charges quickly-less than 45 minutes. As powerful as my old gas trimmer but quieter and without the smell.

This is a recent purchase, so the trimmer hasnt been used a lot. That being said, it has been great. Starts right up, and of course no messing around with gas, oil, and pull cord. It has a larger guard, which will take getting used to, but in the long run will be appreciated. Bought the tool only, as it will share the 60v batteries already purchased for the mower and blower. Pleased with all!

I loved it until it ran out of string. I can get the new string loaded, but it won't wind up onto the spool. What am I doing wrong?
