GOOD TRIMMER

I've had this trimmer about 3 years and it works really good at trimming, but I have one major complaint about it and that is when you have to replace the line this thing is a absolute nightmare,so frustrating to try and turn the knob to wind the line.Definitely wear some leather gloves and you still may end up with a blister on your hand,hard to turn the crummy designed knob,Greenworks you need to redesign this,perhaps recess a hard molded nut into knob or have one protruding out of knob and maybe we could use one of your drill drivers to put a socket on the nut and wind the line,just an idea,please correct this problem SOMEHOW!If you gonna buy one of these trimmers I suggest you go ahead and purchase some extra spools with the knob because these parts wear fast and you gonna need them if Greenworks don't redesign this spool!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the product is purchased directly through us or one of our authorized sellers, Greenworks Pro products and batteries are protected against all defects in materials, parts, or workmanship under normal use for a period of four year (90 days for commercial use) from the shipping date or in-store purchase date.
