[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit I was a little skeptical about a battery powered weed eater at first, but once we received it, assembled it ( which happened to amazingly easy ) and charged the battery up, it worked just as good and was just as powerful as the gas powered weed eaters I have used in the past. I am very pleased with the outcome and will not use anything other than a battery operated trimmer again.

This is a solid trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer is solidly built and powerful. I used it on some large weeds that hang over my yard from the lot next door and it never backed down. It's easy to put together, and well balanced, even with the heavier construction and the large battery. It is an amazing trimmer and much more poweful that I imagined a cordless trimmer to be. It also keeps it's power much longer than anticipated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to give it to Greenworks on this great product. No pulling and pulling to start it. No gas and oil mixture to mess with. It starts every time with a charge of the battery. I had no problem with it cutting tall tuff weeds. This weed eater didn’t have any hesitation at all. I didn’t have any weeds wrapping around it between the cutting head and shaft. The only problem I had with it was removing the battery. But I’m sure after a few more usages that will be easier.

My husband loves the fact also that the battery charges, makes it even more simple for him since he is the one that does all the yard work LOL

So Easy to Use

First things first, I have never ever used a weed eater in all of my 44 years so I was a little intimidated at first. I was able to assemble the product by myself except for the handle, I needed a little help with that part. It was a super quick process and then it was ready to go. The battery came charged and I found myself weed eater in hand taking care of my own yard. It’s not too heavy and it worked perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This battery-operated trimmer is so convenient! I love not having to use a long extension cord every time I do yard work. There is a bit of assembly required when you first get the trimmer, but it's not too difficult. The booklet it comes with maps out everything you need to know. It also comes with all the tools you need to assemble it and extra trimming string as well. I think compared to my old trimmer, it works about the same, but the convenience aspect of it is well worth getting one!
