Purchased weeks ago, after calls and emails they’ve only said were to busy to talk to you and we’re to busy to let you even know when or if they will send anything anytime.

Works great so far no issues. Love the fact I can place the weed wacker string through the tiny holes of spool and wind up the weed wacker string without removing entire head.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery pack keeps dislodging from unit. This occurs even when not hitting the release. If I am weed eating on a slant it pops out. Very frustrating and disappointing since I was replacing a similar model which had the line release button break off perfectly in a circle.

Hello ChuckD,
Thank you for leaving a review with us. We are sorry to hear about the issues you were experiencing with your spool and restringing it. Some automatic feed spools can be difficult to re-string but we are here to help you. Any one of our customer experience agents would be more than happy to walk you through the re-stringing process over the phone at 1-888-909-6757 and in some cases provide videos that Greenworks creates. The manual is also a great source of information when it comes to tool maintenance.
We also have created a string trimmer head called the Load-N-Go Trimmer Head and TecoMec trimmer head meant for easy re-stringing. You will see those words (Load-N-Go Head and TecoMec) used in descriptions of some trimmers and those ones will be the most convenient to string.
We hope that we are able to assist you in correcting this issue and we appreciate the feedback.
