This parer is great, I use for peeling, fruits and vegetables, works great for potato's

This blade can be used for anything in the kitchen. Its super strong - made from Geman Steel and fully forged. I have to admit I have used it as a boning knife, its perfect for getting in between meat and bone in a smaller piece. The blade is also really sharp.
I would recommend this to a friend!
