Fans of Christopher Kimball will love this innovative paring knife, ideal for smaller prep tasks. The ergonomic handle is extremely comfortable to hold and the unusually shaped blade maintains its sharp edge to easily cut through food.

This Classic 4" Paring/Utility Knife is great for cutting, slicing and peeling small food, fruits, butter, herbs, garlic and meat. This blade can be used for anything in the kitchen. Its super strong - made from Geman Steel and fully forged. I have to admit I have used it as a boning knife, its perfect for getting in between meat and bone in a smaller piece. The blade is also really sharp.
