What a deal!

Great forged paring knife for an amazing price. The length and handle are really comfortable in the hand. The tip comes to a point which is helpful when removing stems or blemishes. I would recommend this to anyone.

This paring knife is the best. The German steel made in Spain is super durable and sharp. The unique Christopher Kimball design makes it ideal for shaping and peeling in hand. The traditional three rivet handle is comfortable and gives me a familiar grip.

Beautiful knife and one possibly-weird caveat: It's so sharp, I can't safely use it for some tasks, such as peeling apples for pie. I ended up with several bloody cuts on my fingers when doing that. I'm hoping it will dull slightly over time.

Designed by a chef who knows what he's doing. So many people (me included) enjoy using their paring knife for many small tasks. This paring knife has a slightly longer blade with a subtle curve at the tip which makes it perfect for cutting fruits and vegetables on the cutting board as well as holding it in your hand for peeling. It has a sturdy forged bolster and is made from high quality stainless steel that will resist corrosion. It has a nice sharp edge and a great price point.
