Chris Kimball is all about the home cook and that's why he designed a parer that is perfect for many small tasks but also exceptional quality and value.
This parer has a slanted tip which makes it perfect for prepping and peeling/paring. It's forged from high carbon German steel so it has a great weight and balance, the handle is comfortable and durable, and the blade is very sharp and is going to hold its edge very well. The perfect combination for the home chef!

This paring knife designed by Christopher Kimball has the attributes of a flat and a curved blade parer. Works well for peeling, paring, coring and small work on the cutting board. Made in Spain from German steel this knife will hold it's edge for a long time and is easily sharpened.

Great value for all the qualities of our best selling German knives! I love this paring knife, it is super sharp are very durable due to the German steel and fully forged construction. This means that the edge will retain the sharpness for a longer period of time!

Milk Street fans no doubt heed the opinions of host Christopher Kimball, so it's no wonder they take notice when he is involved in the design of product. This paring knife has a 4" blade with a tear drop tip for slicing. Forged from German stainless steel, it has a comfortable handle for all your small to medium cutting tasks.

Quality construction and utility from this 4" paring knife. I'm a huge fan of Milk Street and impressed by the skill and knowledge of the chefs on the show. this is their go to knife for slicing and peeling small fruits and vegetables. Super sharp, balanced and comfortable to hold. I like the classic three rivet look.m

Great forged paring knife for an amazing price. The length and handle are really comfortable in the hand. The tip comes to a point which is helpful when removing stems or blemishes. I would recommend this to anyone.

This little parer is great to have. I don’t use this type of blade much, so I didn’t need a premium costly blade. You can feel that this is a really durable blade, and it really does a nice job peeling any fruits or potatoes.
