It's the perfect size for travel. Easy to clean, easy to assemble and very sturdy. If ur not completely satisfied with this cage stop looking because there's nothing better in this size or price range.

Sturdy, well designed, quality cage

Bought this cage as a travel carrier for my umbrella cockatoo and found that it is spacious enough to also use for a short-term outdoor cage for giving the bird an outdoor experience. Every aspect of the cage speaks of quality design and materials. It is solid, attractive and safe too. Cockatoos are masters at undoing locks but the locking device on this cage cannot be opened by a bird, even a clever one. There is also a safety tab that drops down over the cage door and over the slide out tray as secondary safety features. The bars are thick and cannot be bent by the bird's very strong beak (oh yes, she does try!). The cage is a little on the heavy side but for medium sized parrots and larger, you cannot put them in a cage with thinner bars as they will squeeze and bend the bars with their powerful beaks. However, the handle on the cage is well designed and lifting and carrying the cage is easy (I am a small built female). Another plus with this cage is that it was so easy to assemble. I am not at all handy but put the cage together in under 30 minutes with no assistance. The provided instructions with illustrations are clear. All necessary hardware including an Allen key was included in the package. I highly recommend this product.

Perfect for my birds

Love this! And so do my birds! The box arrived securely sealed, along with all the pieces wrapped and secured appropriately. I found this to be easy to assemble, amazing quality, and all of the pieces and a small instruction page were included. I find the bowls and perch included to be great quality as well!! Overall, I love this cage and accessories! My birds were very intrigued from the moment it came together and flew to it immediately to examine it. Another bonus is that it arrived less than 48 hours after I ordered it. I am a very happy customer!

Perfect for our needs and reasonable price. Top perch no good, but easy fix. Replaced inside perch to Amazon size. Is made by same company as our big cage. Bird likes it. Should last long time.

It is sturdy and easy to clean. The only drawback is that the top once screwed down does not open. My parrot likes to stand on top of the cage and I find he doesn't like standing on top. He stays on the door which I had to secure open. I also put the sandpaper perch coverings on the handle so he could stand on the handle of the cage.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I have 2 eclectus parrots and a lesser crested cockatoo that i use for mobile encounters for schools. So far, this cage has been great. Its a good size, sturdy, nice looking and gives my birds room to be comfortable. So far my only complaints are that it is very heavy, which isn't that awful since it means its extra strong and sturdy and its sooo loud in the van when we drive.. the metal clinking around, but we haven't tried messing with it at all and even with the noise and weight, I'm still 100% happy with this purchase. I would not suggest it for anything bigger than my babies, like a mccaw bit its just perfect for my eclectus, lesser cockatoo, cockatiels and love birds. I will need to buy a different perch for my cockatoo because he'll chew the one that came with it in about 12 seconds, but, the perch is great for everyone else and easy to move around.
