i think i would look for another vacuum.

the problem is it has to many turns in it before the pet hair makes it to the canister. I get clogs in the hose and where the hair goes into the canister. I have to labs and 2 cats. otherwise it is ok

Very pleased with the performance. And it's not noisy. Would like to know how to get a replacement wand as the one that came with the vacuum disaappeared (maybe, in the trash?).

Purchased this vaccine a few month ago I have since put it in the garage and replaced it this vacuum clogs easily and dose not pick up anything very disappointing I purchased a Bis'sle which so far works far better sorry your product failed to impress me at any point.

Very NOISY, have to wear headphones!!!

Great suchion power is only reason I gave it 2 stars....It runs with a loud high pitched whistling sound. I put on pandora radio with headphones, but i can still hear the whistle (Extremely annoying) Called customer service and she heard it and said its normal. I don't believe her and will not do anything about it. Since it works well, I'll deal with it, but will not buy another Eureka vacuum again. If you don't have any headphones lying around, I suggest you don't buy one this product either!!!
