Decent vacuum but needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the vacuum and for the price it does pick up pet hair and other stuff. The on/off button at the bottom of the vacuum could be better and the cord placement should be higher so it doesn't get caught around the wheel. My biggest issue is the hose for the vacuum doesn't lock when vacuuming the floor so several times it came off. When it's attached to the wand it locks and it doesn't have that for the bottom vacuum attachment. Overall it picked up the dog hair and other stuff in ttt he e house so it has great suction. Just some minor annoyances I would change about the vacuum to make it better.

This product is terrible. I have 2 Huskies and this vacuum does nothing. Goes over the carpet but doesn't pick up anything. Had a Hoover before and that was much better. Would not buy this product again. Looking to give this garbage vacuum away.

i bought this a year ago and it already messed up. its not picking up anything anymore. i opened up the bottom to clean out the brush and noticed the belt was ripped. i do not know how that happened but i feel like thats pretty soon for something like that to happen.

Very light weight and great suction!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impressed with this little vacuum it packs a punch! Very powerful cant believe how much dirt dust and dog hair it picks up. I just wish the Power On lever and retractor lever were a little sturdier plastic. Otherwise its a great vacuum for the price!!! Pros: This vacuums the carpets (6 cats) better than the shark. I like that the exhaust is under the canister in the front. When you tilt the handle back to vacuum, it directs the exhaust upwards, so that you're not blowing the hair on the floor around. The low profile and width of the head makes it pretty easy to get under the front of couches, between chair legs, etc. Cons: The cord is short, the hose is short, there is no extension tube, only two tools on board. I have a massive sectional I can't move, and can't get behind it with this vacuum. The hose is so short that the vacuum falls over. The roller brush never shuts off, so put it on the high setting when using accessories, and tilt the handle back when working in low places. It is light enough to lift, which helps somewhat with the higher places. It might be possible to find an extension tube and better accessories online.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best vacuum I've ever had!!

I have two dogs and four cats, so trust me when I say I need a vacuum that works and can handle regular use. This absolutely does that. It works really well on all kinds of carpet and even hardwood. Highly recommend.

Worst vacuum ever

This vacuum clogs. Nothing lines up so it throws dust everywhere. The hose has little to no suction. They don't give you a long enough attachment for the hose so you literally have to lift the vacuum up if you want to use the hose attachments on anything other than the floor. It's a waste of money!

Clogs and loses power

I initially loved this. However, debris has to travel through the entire hose in order to get to the canister (even when just vacuuming the floor). Because of this, animal hair and debris gets stuck in all the narrow turns and corners, inevitably causing a clog before even getting to the canister. After a year, mine has only a quarter of the suction power it used to when I bought it. Despite regularly cleaning out the clogs and replacing the filter, it's now completely useless.

A Great single Story vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having two stories and a basement we have plenty of stairs to cover the entire house. Having a vacuum on each level is critical for quick and efficient clean ups and this fits the bill. Currently used in our basement, this vacuum does what it is supposed to do. It transitions from wood to tile to carpet pretty easily. I wouldn't be too excited about moving this up stairs terribly often but you could.
