Terrible product!!! 10 out of 10 I would NOT recommend!

We made a terrible mistake buying this vacuum! It has been nothing but trouble since we bought it! Literally every single time we use it, the belt either slips off or breaks. We've had to replace the belt at least dozen times in less than a year from purchasing it. Poor manufacturing from Euteka. I've read many other reviews of others having this same problem. 10 out of 10 I would NOT recommend this product, unless you want to waste your time and money constantly trying to fix it.

The box showed expanding handle for reaching high places. Mine does not have the expanding handle, bummer. Lots of suction, vacuuming my bathroom rug like with my old vacuum, but this one sucked the rug up into the brush and ate it. Question, which side of the foam filter goes up/down, black foam side or the cloth side? Picture in the manual is unclear.

I was given this as a gift. Used it twice and its broken. I went to empty the canister and the unlock button broke! Called customer service to figure out how to order new and was told I had to order a brand new machine!

Really cheaply made. I've used it 3 times and the hoses have already clogged really bad despite emptying the canister numerous times while vacuuming. I also clean the filters and the entire vacuum after each use. It just has a very chinsy and cheap feel to it.

Power switch broke after less then a month of owning it. Won't go off anymore without unplugging it. Plug it in it goes in. Won' t to off. I do not recommend this product!!

It does not have the same suction or the ability to raise and lower the brush bar. I like that it is lightweight, however, it feels very flimsy. It would not clean grass from a short carpet the way my previous model would. I wanted a model with the self rewind so that is why I chose this one along with the advertising. Overall, I am very disappointed with this one but chose Eureka because my model AS3101 was great. Parts are no longer available or I would have repaired it.

I purchased this vacuum only a few months ago. It was working great and now has absolutely no suction. I am not sure if it's some thing I am doing wrong but will call customer service tomorrow and hopefully they can help me. I cannot live without a vacuum. Wish me luck!!!

Very pleased with the performance. And it's not noisy. Would like to know how to get a replacement wand as the one that came with the vacuum disaappeared (maybe, in the trash?).
