[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good: the Fold 5 feels extremely refined and well-constructed. Most of the early concerns about foldable phones, such as whether the screen can handle being opened and closed 100 times a day for years, or if the hinge with moving parts will malfunction, seem total paranoia now. The Fold 5 is built like a tank, and all the moving parts feel rock solid. The hinge is precise and sturdy, able to stay in place at any angle, and either snaps open or closes shut with a satisfying snap. There’s nothing about this phone that makes me feel like I need to be gentle with it. The Fold 5 feels like the final form of a piece of hardware Samsung first introduced in 2020

This is awesome when sharing a video or when reading articles or webtoons. The picture quality is great and love the addition of the astrophotography feature. I love taking phones with it.

Whether it is dragging photos from the gallery to an email/blog post or copying info from one message to another, the Fold 5 handles the task with ease. The full screen media and game immersion is so good that it makes you forget that you are on a phone. The best part about the Fold 5 is that you can take that power and experience with you wherever you go!

A cut above the rest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Given the fact that I've been a Samsung user for many years now, they never stop amazing me. With the Z Fold 5, it continues to impress me the more I use it. From the sleek look and the light feel, it still gives you that massive appearance on screen. Making the gap disappear not only made it more appealing, but also cut back on bulk if you're a case user. The productivity of the device is just so smooth. Going from one app to another (or using multiple apps at the same time) is seamless. There's little to no lag for me when using the Z Fold five. I haven't gotten around to playing games on it yet but streaming is a whole different conversation. Videos seem SO clear when watching on my Z Fold 5. And the sounds...it's like being in your own perso al theater. Using the Z Fold 3, 4, and now 5...I'm continuing to be impressed. Just when you think they can't top the predecessor, boom it's done. Mentally looking forward to what's next
