I purchased this a month ago works well so far my only complaint is the fan is a little loud. Haven’t need to use the heater so I cannot review it yet

Excellent AC/Heat unit!

I've been comparing these units for awhile, trying to figure out which one would be best for me. My Brother-In-Law uses 3 other brands that are 10,000btu and 11,000btu, but they are loud and have other issues with drainage and efficiency. I decided to try this one, and have been very impressed. It's much quieter than the others that I've seen used, and puts out much better airflow. I'm very happy with this unit and would highly recommend it!

I live in Florida and it gets really hot here, I use it outdoors in my Lannai that is covered on top, and it works perfect.

High Performance

We bought this newair 14000 BTC AC after trying out GE similar AC. Newair AC is portable but the performance was close to split model AC. We think it is a very good value for the reasonable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been using this to cool off my office. We are in the heat of the Arizona summer and it's amazingly cool in my office with this unit, I love it!!!

I have purchased a few of these over the years . When they work they do a pretty good job . I have 2 that went bad and stopped cooling and the digital read out went out . And they do make a noise like the ball bearings in the fan motor needs grease . If not for that I would give them a 5 .

Doesn't cool

This unit ran for three days in one room and it wouldn't drop below 79 degrees. The room is approximately 400 square feet and it was certainly cooler, but I found that the unit didn't do any better than the small, old window unit it replaced. I gave it a three because in all fairness, I never tried the heater or dehumidifier. FYI I did add water to the tank and I had drained any condensation from the unit.
