I bought this for an add-on room that was fairly decent size. The unit that came with the house was only A/C and didn't do the job well. We've moved from that unit to using the newer 14100H unit from NewAir exclusively. The heating option for the NewAir unit is the draw. After an initial (nearly 24 hours) warming up period, the unit has maintained a comfortable living area and we're quite pleased. It was easy to set up, install and set temps for the comfort zone we're looking for. The only reason this is not a 5-star rating is the noise - it's a loud unit and can be a little overwhelming in a closed in area.

We love this unit in the shop! We bought it as a supplement to our usual AC to cool down our display room, and we couldn't be cooler these days. We have to wear our shades inside we're so cool. True story. Thanks, NewAir!
