Shuts off whenever it feels like it. Can't even cool my bedroom let alone anymore of my house. And is extremely loud. Will never own another new air product EVER

I bought this about two months ago and it's been doing a great job cooling my room, I actually use it to help my main AC and I got the results I expected, the only problem I had with it is about two weeks ago, it started to expel a really bad odor that I had to shut it off because it was unbearable; after 24 hours I turned it back on and it was back to normal, have no idea what went wrong there, otherwise, it's doing what it's supposed to do. Can't wait to see how it does as a heater.

I absolutely love this air conditioner and heater. Our bedroom gets so hot in the summer and this cools it off considerably within minutes. Having the fan option is also fantastic; we don't HAVE to run it as an air conditioner but can still keep the air flowing around the room. I love that it's on wheels and can be transported easily, stored easily, and moved from room to room. Overall, this is a great buy!

I bought this AC unit for a custom build, from an enclosed car hauler trailer to an RV travel trailer with all the bells and whistles. Here are some of the photos of the build, and the AC unit sucks the hot air from the top of the ceilings, down the unit from a special enclosed ducting system that draws the air through and to the AC. I have tested the system under very hash hot weather, it was 115 outside and it kept the inside down to a very comfortable 80 with the window open, I'm impressed with it, and it a great addition to the custom build.

We bought this newair 14000 BTC AC after trying out GE similar AC. Newair AC is portable but the performance was close to split model AC. We think it is a very good value for the reasonable price.
