We absolutely love our new portable air conditioner and heater! It's perfect for the room in our house that lacks a vent, providing both cooling and heating as needed. The fact that it functions as both an air conditioner and a heater is incredibly convenient. We also appreciate that it's on wheels, making it easy to move around, and the included remote control adds to its ease of use. Highly recommend!

I love refrigerated Air,. I rent a studio apt. and hate the swamp cooler.. so yes this is working out great for me,. I'm very careful with my stuff., so i'm hoping this will last me a while... I can't afford to buy these every year. :) I'm counting on you NewAir... God Bless

Awesome Garage AC

I use this portable AC unit in my 1000 sq ft garage. Of course this unit isn't for something that big but it does a pretty good job of cooling on the humid 98 degree days. I turn it on in the mornings & keep it on until I go to bed. Being in the garage it does run almost constantly. I'm happy with this product & would recommend it!

Not working... PERIOD!

The unit is not even a year old, and now it tells me to empty the water....which I did... the unit will not restart! There's no water in the unit, yet it keeps telling me that there is water. Nothing works. Not happy. Very frustrated.

We bought this newair 14000 BTC AC after trying out GE similar AC. Newair AC is portable but the performance was close to split model AC. We think it is a very good value for the reasonable price.
