I love this product

I live in south Alabama, It gets hot , hot in the summer , and down in the twenties , at night in the winter. These units heat and cool very well. We leave them set on automatic, on those days when you need cooling by day , and heat at night , we have quite a few of those here. They are super energy effecient. I have wood floors , and ran 3/4 inch sch. 40 pvc through the floors , which works perfectly , to run the drain tubes in to. I am going to buy backup units , to have on hand for future use. These are excellent products.

Love the machine, easy instal and use. Fits anywhere and easy to move if you need to. The direction manual could be written clearer. If you follow the manual it doesn't separate using the system for heat or air conditioning...which it should. I loaded the water container and the machine kept shutting off when it reached 40 degrees. When in fact you don't want to fill the water basin for heat. The document does NOT mention that. The unit itself though was a great buy and the install super easy. I'd definitely recommend it.

I've been using this to cool off my office. We are in the heat of the Arizona summer and it's amazingly cool in my office with this unit, I love it!!!

AC that actually cools!

This is our second, as they cool the upstairs of an old farmhouse. AMAZING results with little effort. Aesthetically pleasing from outside (no window boxes hanging out of the house!) and doesn't take much room inside either. I would definitely recommend.

Doesn't cool

This unit ran for three days in one room and it wouldn't drop below 79 degrees. The room is approximately 400 square feet and it was certainly cooler, but I found that the unit didn't do any better than the small, old window unit it replaced. I gave it a three because in all fairness, I never tried the heater or dehumidifier. FYI I did add water to the tank and I had drained any condensation from the unit.
