Replacements cannot be bought

This AC unit is good at keeping the room cool but I'm disappointed in the lack of replacement parts availability. Most exhaust hose diameters are 5" or 6" and this one is 5.59" which makes it very difficult to a get a new window installation kit. If I cannot find a replacement kit, I'll have to find a new AC to buy making this a bad purchase

Compact design, big cooling power

We purchased several of this product and just now went through the hottest week in our city’s history. Those air conditioners just kept pushing the temps as far as possible and did not give up.

I have purchased a few of these over the years . When they work they do a pretty good job . I have 2 that went bad and stopped cooling and the digital read out went out . And they do make a noise like the ball bearings in the fan motor needs grease . If not for that I would give them a 5 .

I would buy this air conditioner again

This is a great unit for small houses or rooms where the ac doesn't work well. It has a great design and works great, it was able to cool down our large living room pretty fast and kept it cool. Also it's very easy to install and it's less noisy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Returning , spent hours trying to get exhaust hose on unit. Zero help from Support, and they do not have any new hoses to send out, if that is the issue. Remodeled multiple homes, myself, put other such hoses on,,this is just too much
