It’s a great product !! I highly recommend but There is a window minimum. Like ours we now have to saw off part of the window Kit so that it will work

Not working... PERIOD!

The unit is not even a year old, and now it tells me to empty the water....which I did... the unit will not restart! There's no water in the unit, yet it keeps telling me that there is water. Nothing works. Not happy. Very frustrated.

Compact design, big cooling power

We purchased several of this product and just now went through the hottest week in our city’s history. Those air conditioners just kept pushing the temps as far as possible and did not give up.

So far so good. I received the package after 3 delivery delays from the shipping company. will be opening the box and set it up to check that it works as per manufactures directions soon. This was going to be an emergency backup cool unit for downstairs since HVAC went on vacation right when a heat wave came. 5 day's with no AC and a very miserable son and dog is no fun. Thank god for cold shower's and frosty paws and ice water for the dog. Not sure if this will fit on 15 amp circuit but will run it off a 10 gage extension cord to kitchen 20 amp socket. Hopefully its not a 240 unit other wise i am up creek without a paddle.as i forgot to check for that when purchasing it. Newair did their job well and my hats off to them. It was a hot 60th birthday for my wife and hot Fathers day for me.

Great Unit in Nursery

We have set this up in our nursery for our new baby so we can keep the temperature in the appropriate range for her to sleep and it definitely does the job well! Window set up was pretty easy as well, even for a sliding window.

Unit functions to meet expectations

Ordering process was easy and it was good to have a tracking # to monitor. Unit arrived undamaged and quickly for cross-country shipping. Easy setup, instructions adequate. Currently using in heater mode in garage to bring temp up to comfortable level for shop work. Does a good job, but we haven't had outside low temp's yet this season. The unit is undersized as a heater for the garage space, but meets my needs at this point. Will be moved to a smaller bonus room over the garage for cooling next season. Like the portability. I would recommend this unit at this time based on limited experience. Good experience with Seller.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unit just arrived, not working

Unit arrived today, instructions said to wait 2 hours before plugging it in, which i did. Then I turned on the unit, it ran for 15 seconds at most, then shut off and never back on. Fault Compressor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
