Excellent Dremel tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Dremel primarily for woodworking which it does with ease. I find myself using it for so much more though it really is a versatile tool. The EZ twist nose cap is super user-friendly and much faster and easier than the regular nose cap. The integrated light is a very nice feature, that I find myself using constantly. Truly a must have tool for any kind of project.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst tool I have

I asked for a Dremel and was given this as a gift. Perhaps a different model would have worked, but it’s nearly impossible to even make it through the directions. I’ve tried just figuring it out on my own (not the safest option), but even with that, no success. It also fails to stay on, so I suspect a malfunction. Unfortunately, as it’s a gift, I’m not going to be able to return it. I’m sure it cost way more than I would have spent, and it’s soon going to be in the trash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great For Wood Carving

I use this dremel to detail chainsaw carvings; carving the eyes, noses, etc. It works great, I even take it to festivals when I do live carving demos as Markey & Son Woodcraft and Carving

Good for medium use

This newer version doesn't live up to the Dremel quality. I use it to cut strikes into steel door frames. This is the first failure. Three doors and one week it died. This device along with its replacement generate a lot of heat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement for 4200 kit

So far OK. Setting up Flex shaft 225 and the driver cap is missing. Appears the old one will work, may be part of the Flex Shaft. Was unable to register online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Multi uses I use it by itself cutting, grinding, polishing an other things. And use it to engrave along with the work station and the flex dremel tool
