Zero Protection

I've been a fan of the Symmetry series for years. I'm new to iPhones, and this was my first Symmetry for an iPhone. Phone was knocked off a 4' table, and the back shattered. The raised surface of the cameras was cracked and chipped despite the raised edges of the case. Zero protection...what a waste of money!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We genuinely put forth every effort—from design and materials to manufacturing and post-production testing—to ensure our cases will provide the best protection available to help limit the potential for such discouraging outcomes; but unfortunately, any given incident is still subject to a variety of unique dynamics that are at times beyond our control and prevent us from being able to eliminate all exposure to risk.
Our warranty won't be able to help with repairs to your device's backside, though we would very much like to get you set up with a new case for use once that has been taken care of. Please feel welcome to give us a call at 1-855-688-7269, and we'll be glad to assist you further.

clear case turned yellow after using it about 2 mo. The case buttons parts are just plastic finish so the consistent friction will cause some damage to the surface of phone's volume and power buttons.

High quality case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got a new iPhone 13 Pro Max and this case fits it perfectly. It’s slim and doesn’t add bulk to an already big phone. I’m loving the magnet feature and can’t wait to get some more accessories to use with it. I have a MagSafe mount/wireless charger in my car and it’s amazing. This case allows my phone to stick to it and the magnet is plenty strong so my phone stays securely put. There is a raised lip around the screen and the camera lenses to help protect them. After investing so much money into a phone, you want to protect it from damage and I think this case does a good job of that. Plus I like the fact that it’s clear and I can see my new blue phone through it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brand is a very recognizable name that you know and trust with your devices. See photos - it's a very beautiful simple looking case. I had no issues with the Mag Safe feature. I was looking for a case that wasn't too bulky or thick, and at the same time, very protective for my device. I've always for some strange reason thought this manufacturer's cases would be huge and bulky. I was extremely surprised that the case was exactly what I wanted - slim enough to fit my small hands, as the 13 Pro Max is a big phone to begin with. My phone felt very well protected!
