I have owned two of these and they last. Works very well with plenty of power. I use these on my classic cars and my detail shop. Sun Joe's are warranted for 2yrs and if you have trouble they are there to help solve the issues. Thanks for a well built product.

Pretty good quality considering it's mostly plastic. Bought to clean house. Works good for this purpose. Hard to believe it puts out 3000 psi, but it will take the paint off wood. Plenty of power cord and washer hose. Sad you can't put bleach based cleaning products through it. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying a washer.

I shopped and compared quite a few electric pressure washers in the 2000 psi range, and settled on this one for two reasons. First was the reputation of the company. Second was the manufacturer's warranty. The performance of my new SPX3000 was exceptional. The only item of concern was the quality of the fitting that you attach your hose to. Other than that, everything was fine. I would buy this pressure washer all over again.

I would give this product 4 stars because it did unfortunately have an issue and did not work after about 6 months of use. However, I just couldn't believe the customer service. The gentleman on the phone took me through a short checklist of things then offered to send me a free of charge ups return label and sent a BRAND NEW in the box washer to me all free of charge and hassle. Not many companies that will honor a warranty that well. Just great. BEcause of this I wuold choose this product and brand over and over.
