My first pressure washer and it is great for my needs around the house. I have now used it to clean 30 years of dirt and moss from a brick entryway, stucco walls and cement walkways. I also used it for washing cars - thought it would be overkill, but it was very effective and efficient, especially on brake dust on the wheel rims. You do need to be careful about which nozzle you use. I did buy the turbo nozzle which ended up saving time on the hard cement and brick surfaces as it provides a strong rotating stream to cover more area than the standard 0 degree nozzle. Easy to put together and operate. Highly recommended for the home user.

Garden hose connector less than average

The garden hose connector is difficult to attach the garden hose too if your hose end is not perfect, otherwise it will leak or come off with slightless movement of the unit. There is an upgrade fix to a 3/4" brass connector. I can't understand why this is not the standard connector. I would have given the rating of 5, otherwise. Did purchase the upgraded extension hose (recommend) along with the extension rods as I was power washing a two story home. These were of good quality.

Very easy to assemble. Was worried after hearing stories of leaking hose connections. I did not have any problems. Pressure was sufficient to power wash my concrete back porch pad and some other items around the house. I also wanted to get something that my wife could easily handle but not too much power that she would accidently do some damage.
Pros: Easy To Use, Powerful, Compact

This product is great. From the time I opened the box till it was in operation was less than 10 minutes. I used the unit for 3 hours straight with no problems at all. Compared to other electric units that I have used, it is more powerful, better quality construction, much less noise, and easy to handle. I would recommend this unit to anyone that is thinking about a electric power washer.

The washer is great. The only issue it's the hose connector made of plastic mine broken on second wash. It should be made out of brass for better workmanship. Hoping I can get a part sent. It's no t even one year

Assembly was easy. I cleaned off a paver walkway that was dirty and had green mold on it which is normal for homes in Florida near the ocean. The manual warned about using certain cleaning products but did not say which one's you should use. The lack of info about what cleaning products to use is my biggest issue. The machine performed well and I am pleased with the pressure and results. I wish they would go into more detail about the use of detergent system. Example: can I use soap sold for washing my car? can I use a car washing soap that also has wax in it? The snowjoe.com web site has one multipurpose cleaner and that's it. A youtube video explaining and showing you how to use the detergent system would be helpful. I am scared to use the detergent system in fear I will ruin the pump. The arm that holds the electric cord is too small. Needs to be 2 or 3" taller. Bottom line, it's a good machine and would buy it again.

Sun Joe Spx3000 is great and pretty strong. They could improve the design by making all the connections come out of the rear of the device. I constantly seem to be tangled up . Somewhat quiet. Definitely has more than enough power for multiple jobs. From washing your car to cleaning concrete, Sun Joe does it. Pretty easy pick up and store too. Should have extra slots for optional attachments that are specifically made for the model.
