Bought this (my first pressure washer) to clean-up stains and dirt off of an old concrete porch. Have used powerful gasoline-powered washers before, and even truck-mounted units for blasting industrial paints from steel and concrete structures, but didn't need that heavy-duty power, plus didn't want another gas-engine to maintain. Based upon the reviews, this seemed the way to go.
My first use was washing old wooden benches that were caked in mud and covered in tree-sap and bird-droppings; worked Quick, Easy and Perfectly! Next I tackled the 2 concrete porches; the largest (12x20) had old gum stuck into the concrete, and multiple unknown stains (food, grease, smashed packets of ketchup/mustard...). Took me only about 40 minutes to make this look bright and beautiful! Keeping the jet-stream directed at the deeper and heaviest dirt quickly worked through the stain and completely removed them! Couldn't be happier!
So, all in all, as long as the max-pressure that this unit can output serves your needs, I think you'll be quite happy with it! Love having the various tips "on-board" as well as a convenient way to wrap-up the power-cord (which is REALLY LONG, by the way) and the hose. Just a well-thought-out unit, overall! As long as it continues to run year after year as needed, I'll never need a more powerful one!
I had a gas powered pressure washer and didn't think an electric one would be able to compare. Well, the Sun Joe SPX3000 didn't disappoint! It has ample power for the jobs around the farm that I need it for. It was easy to assemble and is relatively lightweight and very maneuverable. I would recommend the Sun Joe to anyone looking for a good and versatile power washer.
This pressure washer replaces an older gas model. We have only used it for 2 jobs, but we are pleased so far. The construction appears to be high quality, which was very important to us. It is lightweight, again important for 2 senior citizens, as we will use it all over our property - for retaining walls, our pool deck and lanai, our travel trailer and 2 cars. We also like the power cord length. Overall, we are very pleased with the value.
If you’re looking for a power washer to clean stuff around the house, this is your machine! It packs a heck of a punch for a non-gasoline machine. It’s rather small and super convenient. One thing I noticed though, you must use the black spray nozzle, to spray soap/chemicals out of the containers.
I wanted a pressure for home use. My husband is a painter and uses commercial/ heavy duty pressure washer and he always felt these home use pressure washer were nothing more than toys. We were both pleasantly surprised By the SunJoe Electric Pressure Washer. I liked it because it was easy for me to set up and use on my own. He was surprised by how powerful it is. He loves that he wont have to drag the big pressure washer home when it's time to clean the outside of the house. We both highly recommend this pressure washer for it's ease of use, the amount of pressure it produces, the way you can store the hose and cord right on board and the two separate containers for holding soap.
Only had it a short while but very happy with it so far. Small, lite easy to run. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase so far. Going to order an extension pressure hose for a bit more reach.
