I haven't actually used the product yet but I wanted to take the opportunity to report on Sun Joe's excellent customer support. I assembled my power washer and found that I was missing a nozzle (I received 2 40 degree and 0 15 degree). I registered as a customer and opened up a customer service chat session. Within 10 minutes I had an apology for the inconvenience and a promise to deliver replacement nozzles as soon as possible. After the chat, I received two follow up emails 1) to summarize my chat session and 2) one promising to ship the replacements as soon as possible. A day later I received an email with shipping tracking info and 2 days after that I received the replacement nozzles. Wow. Hopefully the product is as good as their service! With this kind of customer commitment, I'm guessing it will be.
Easy to use. Easy to assemble. Great results. Did my driveway, walkway, patio, bottom half of the house, and much more. Great results ... and did I mention Great reuslts?? And, after seeing how great my results are, my next-door-neighbor bought a Sun Joe SPX3000. How's that for a good review?
After having used a high powered gasoline pressure washer for several years, when I downsized, I was ready for a machine that had decent water pressure, but took up a lot less room to store, wouldn't blast off the first layers of concrete..and didn't require me keeping gasoline on hand to operate it. SunJoe's SPX3000 answered the mail on all counts. It's so easy to hook up, operate, and then store I wish I had discovered it years ago!
Have always had gas-powered pressure washers before. Researched a number of electric pressure washers and all the others had specific problems - too little GPM, cheap parts, pumps that fail, poor warranties, etc. This Sun Joe was the best value in the category of pressure washers with at least 1.7 GPM and 2000 PSI, which are the minimum values you would want in a broad-use pressure washer. Have used it 3 times now for pavers, windows and siding with excellent results. Can't speak yet to multi-year durability, but did get the 5 year warranty for a very reasonable cost. Others don't even offer that.
