After some research, I chose the Sun Joe SPX 3000.
So far, it has exceeded my expectations. I did purchase the wand extension, so I could reach higher and have my feet planted firmly on the ground. It was also well built and designed. I have washed my house, a sidewalk and steps, as well as outdoor furniture. I also blasted the stain off of a wooden glider. The natural wood looks so good, I think I will refinish it and keep it. If you are looking for a good combination of ease of use and results, I can recommend this product.

I was surprised at the pressure from this unit. Had a commercial electric power washer before with really high pressure but this unit is fine for general household use. Used it to power was my camper and deck upstate and my daughters large front porch and patio and it works really well. Easy to set up and use.
