I've only used my Sun Joe once but I noticed s few things in that time.
First, the thing is powerful! Using the 40° model, I was able to make part of my cement patio look like new and, I'm confident it could easily blast a hole right through the concrete if ok left it in one spot. Word to the wise, start slow with the nozzles or it will do some damage.
Other thing I noticed is the water supply hose is a HUGE pain to drag around and get coiled back up. It's rigid, tangled easily and doesn't entirely fit on the hook made for coiling it up. I'm sure I'll figure things out a little more with how to maneuver but after one use, I was quite annoyed with the hose and wish I had bought the model with the reel.
Otherwise, I'd highly recommend (again, that's after only one use).

Leaks and is dangerous (electrocution hazard)

The original hose fitting leaked like Niagara Falls. Replaced with a brass fitting, which also leaks where the fitting attaches to the SPX3000. I am so frustrated with this thing that I'm ready to throw it out (I would never give it away due to the electrocution hazard)

Very easy to assemble. Set it up and was AMAZED at how well it cleaned the concrete garden stones. which were heavily covered with black mold (here in Florida). Easily removed the mold and made the stones look like new. Then went on to clean the sidewalks and driveway.
Whatever the mechanics are, the water "power" is amazing! Oh, I also purchased the Floor Cleaning gizmo, and despite the few negative comments I read, it worked EXCELLENTLY and with very little effort. The force of the water raises it off the concrete and you just have to guide it along - didn't have to 'hold it down' or have it 'lift way up in the air, etc.' as some reviews indicated. It's well worth the $$ to get one if you have walkways !!! Have not yet tried it on washing the car, but I'm sure it will be just fine!

I purchased this model to replace a Karcher unit I had for many years that finally stopped working. So far I’m very pleased with it. I think it’s built better than the Karcher. The nozzles are conveniently stored on the unit and easy to change. I also like the two detergent containers. My Karcher had a hose that you had to put into your own separate container for detergent. I can’t really think of anything negative to say about it. My Karcher lasted over 15 years but being a noticeabley better built unit, I suspect the Sun Joe will last me a long time.

I have only been able to use this a few times as we are in the throes of winter. But I like it so far. I have a gas powered washer for really heavy duty work and I bought this one primarily to clean the winter krud off my car when possible. This one is handy for that as it is much lighter weight than the gas unit and is easy to store. Won't beat a hand washing for the car but I didn't expect it to. Seems to work as well as car wash pressure sprayers. Haven't tried the dispensers yet. One of the nicest features for me is that the pump is only on when the trigger is pulled. The unit is reasonably quiet.
