After some research, I chose the Sun Joe SPX 3000.
So far, it has exceeded my expectations. I did purchase the wand extension, so I could reach higher and have my feet planted firmly on the ground. It was also well built and designed. I have washed my house, a sidewalk and steps, as well as outdoor furniture. I also blasted the stain off of a wooden glider. The natural wood looks so good, I think I will refinish it and keep it. If you are looking for a good combination of ease of use and results, I can recommend this product.

I purchased the SPX3000 Electric Pressure Washer to clean my decks at the Beach House and I was amazed at its overall performance. Because of all the performance 'features' on it, I was able to safely clean my deck, clean my driveway, clean my windows, clean my vinyl siding and then wash my truck with it. The performance, ease of use and functionality of this machine exceeded ALL of my expectations! It is a GREAT product.

Luck of the draw - The same week that I received the power washer, my town put us on outside water restriction. Although I assembled the unit, I've not yet plugged it in. And that was the first week of June. I will probably try it once before winter (I'll wash my car) but the town's water police will likely arrest me.
