Easy assembly, we were amazed at cleaning our dirty walkway.
Pour it about 6 years have tried rinse and scrub but using power washer made it a breeze.

I am a female in my 60's. I did not want anything too burdensome. This unit is powerful enough yet still maneuverable. I had purchased a similar product at a hardware store in town, but had to return it as it just did not have the power I needed to wash my home.
Note: It is important to use the proper diameter hose to get adequate pressure. I 1st used one which was too small but when I switched to the larger it was perfect!
