I live on a gravel road so my vehicles get quite filthy and I love using my new sun joe to blast off the dirt before I hand wash my vehicles. Very easy to use this electric power washer and you do not have the maintenance and the noise of a gas unit
I used the SPX3000 with yellow nozzle to clean my concrete sidewalk and driveway. It did a great job. So then I purchased the extension wand and used it to power off the mold that was up high on my vinyl siding. This is an excellent power washer.
I enjoyed the pressure washer. It's got the pressure needed to get the mold off my enclosure and stains off the sidewalk. I bought the extension and gutter kits. It all fits tight and has no leaks. The system is easy to deploy and has enough room to hold all the attachments.
Product works better than I thought. In addition to cars, it works well on the driveway, vinyl siding, and the patio. Easy to set up for use and easy to store when finished.
I haven't used enough other products to determine if this one is actually better but I do believe it could be improved. 1. I don't know how tall "Joe ", is but if he isn't taller than Billy Barty or a gorilla and his knuckles drag on the ground, he would either have a back problem from leaning over to roll it or a back problem from having to carry it by the handle which is too close to the ground, That could be rectified by making the piece that screws into the back of the machine, that is also the handle. taller than it is so if you are 6'2" or taller you don't have to walk like a gorilla. I'd be happy to have you send me a replacement handle to take care of that.
2. The plastic holder in which the spray handle is located when not in use is not tight enough to secure the handle while moving the machine and it falls out. Since it is a clip on attachment, I would again be very happy to accept a replacement that had a small enough diameter to hold the spray handle securely while being moved around. That should be an easy fix.
3. The water hose that is attached to the machine is very stiff and difficult to coil when returning it to the hanger on the machine for storage. I've heard that the Space Age back in the 1950"s brought about lots of inventions and discoveries that surely resulted in much more flexible and secure hoses that weren't as difficult to coil. Maybe Joe could Google that and see if they can't come up with a better idea. And then of course send me a replacement for my Pressure Washer which I would happily accept and endorse.
4. The SPX-TSN-345 Turbo Head Spray Nozzle attachment I bought does not appear to do any better, and maybe even not as good as, the 0 or 15 degree head that comes with the machine. I was expecting something much stronger, you know, like TURBO! Maybe I'm just not holding it close enough...or too close? Or moving it too fast...or too slow? Again, if you had a better one, or invented one, I'm sure you would send it to me.
Thank you for the opportunity to help you out by my focusing on the product and not about customer service, mentioning competitors or giving out any personal information. You're welcome!
We just recently returned to our Florida home after six months in PA. Both our front and lanai pavers blocks were covered in BLACK mold. After a few hours using the SUNJOE every block is clean and free of the mold. Great job SUNJOE! JoeM
Ive tried 3 or 4 other electric power washers over 20 years and they all failed within 2 or 3 years of very light duty...even with proper start up and winter storage inside. This is a good little unit so far but time will tell
