[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it once so far but it has great pressure and I really like the multiple nozzles that I can use for different cleaning chores. Everything worked as advertised and if it continues to perform this way, it is an A+++.
I bought this for my mother to use on her outdoor patio and concrete walkways. They probably haven't been cleaned in over 30 years. We had tried using her neighbor's 1500psi power washer, but it was taking way too long. We’ve been very pleased with the Sun Joe. It's ergonomic and much quieter than the others we've seen. It's light enough for my 85y/o mother to maneuver. The electric cord is very long and the washer hose is also long and durable. And most importantly, it removed 30+ years of dirt and crud very well. At first I used the 0° cap. It was very powerful and removed the dirt very easily, but a narrow stream meant it would take a long time to clean a wide area. I then tried the 15° and 25° caps and surprisingly, they both removed the dirt well. I ended up using the 25° cap to clean the patio, but needed to position it close to the ground - about several inches. We didn't even use any cleaners and it worked great in less than half the time of the 1500psi washer. I probably ran it almost an hour straight at one point and it didn't overheat. I had a little trouble connecting the garden hose at first. I was only able to get 1 full turn, but the seal held and there was no leaking. I noticed a nice engine-saving feature if your hand slips off the trigger and you immediately try to pull it again, it won't start the engine for a couple seconds until the engine has stopped to prevent torquing. Very well thought out. The engineers did a great job creating this one.
So far I’ve used it to clean pool furniture, decks, concrete, and trucks. I was skeptical of an electric, but I must say, this thing is the ticket for a homeowner that uses it randomly for house projects and vehicles. Next project... the siding!
Used to cleanup cement and brick porches and cement sidewalks with 10 years of grime. Also to clean lower 4 feet of brick walls with green scum and black mortar stains. I worked from a shower pipe feed in an apartment with a 50 foot hose to the outside. Sun Joe did a great job using a 15 degree nozzle. I did not use any Pressure Washer detergents due to the brick. The water pressure from the SPX 3000 was enough to do the job. Excellent since a shower feed has less water pressure than a normal ground level outside water tap.
Great machine, wish there a retractable electrical cord that would help when you're moving around. But for the price it is a great machine.

Being an electric pressure washer, did not expect the outstanding results. Applied soap to hardiplank, then spray wash. Now have plans for additional cleaning.
