This was actually bought for my wife. She tells me it is easy for her to handle physically, simple to operate, but very powerful. We gave it a thorough test. We pressure washed the deck, patio furniture, and concrete before painting. We were able to remove mold and mildew with plain water pressure.

Everything went together as instruction directed. Very easy. The power washer worked well to remover loose paint before I redid my deck. The only problem was the soap dispenser did not draw soap. Being a DIU I took it apart and found that the fitting that creates the vaccum was cloggled with something that looked like old soap. Cleaned the very small hole in a brass fitting and all is well. I, to avoid that in the future for mayself, labeld one of the two soap containers water for rinsing out the system when finished using the soap.
