This product has performed very well. All vehicles, sideings, fences, walkways, driveways, lawn furniture, horse trailers and farm equipment, everything has turned out great. I should have bought this years ago. It functions as easy as it looks and performs even better.

This unit appears to be extremely well made, does exactly what I wanted it to do (clean up jobs and annual small pond cleaning), and it appears to be (after a great deal of shopping on my part looking at various units and different brands) the best made among similar units. - I did have what I thought to be an issue the second time I used it with the motor overrunning. It appears that, though minimal, there was some air in my hose/water supply. I emailed Sun Joe and got an immediate response. I called to confirm some things and in speaking initially with Corina she suggested that we do some troubleshooting. After hooking up the unit I called back and spoke with Andres. I was able to duplicate the problem, but it appears that some air was in the hose was the culprit. Long story short, I would highly recommend the unit and I have nothing but praise for Sun Joe's customer service. Kudos!

I used my new Sun Joe 2030 for the first time yesterday and I was so impressed. It did a great job on the siding on our home and was so easy to use. I love the long handle and the cleaner dispensers - makes the job so much easier. Now I don't have to use my husband's gas pressure washer that was difficult to start and a monster to pull around. The wheels on my Sun Joe makes it easy to move around in the yard and I am very pleased with the cleaning power of this machine. Great purchase!

I love this unit except it overheats very easily. It was a warm day in the direct sun ,but I could only use it it for 30 seconds and then have to release the trigger and let it sit for a minute let it cool and go at it again. I was supplying water through a 3/4 inch hose with water fully on and excellent water pressure. That make a job quite long. It did a good job, just had to do it a dab at a time.

Works well, the power cord is a very good length unfortunately the hose is not wish it was longer. Wish it had a better way to store the hose and cord when not in use.

This pressure washer is easy to use and very effective.
I have used it so far for my driveway, the building brickwork, and the wooden fence.

Storage issues

This product works like advertised but it has some serious issues when it comes to storing the unit and moving the unit while using it. The electrical cord is extremely rigid and will not roll into a compact position. It will not store on the saddle that is made onto the machine . This makes moving the machine difficult because you have to carry the electrical cord in one hand and the machine in the other. The pressure hose does coil up and will hang on the saddle ( only one saddle on the machine for two components ). I see that they make one with a real for the hose but no real for the cord. the cord needs to be made out of a soft/ flexable material which is normally found on this type of product not hard plastic covered wire.
