I have used this pressure washer for over three years without problems, however, by accident water got into the outlet and stopped working. I called customer service and once they verified that I still had a warranty, they immediately sent me a complete replacement of the equipment. Dual detergent tanks means you can have two different products in them and not have to empty and refill for each use. This unit offers amazing pressure for cleaning decks and sidewalks.
