Being a rookie power washer . I had to rely on the reviews. I know it's best not to buy the cheapest., so I spent in the middle. The assembly was about 20 minutes and the instructions were easy to follow. I liked the construction and the fittings were rugged and metal where others are plastic. You can tell that this company is not new to the game. Being an engineer myself I appreciate good design. This could be used by a professional. We plugged it in and used the 25 degree general purpose nozzle. I really like having the snap on - easily accessible storage nozzles. We have a new home and pavers front and back. In Florida during the rainy summers , mold begins to form. My wife gave it a shot and was able to do both front driveway and back pool area plus sidewalks and house facia. No issues and on a 90* day the motor did not overheat. Took us about two hours for the entire house. Great buy.

I have used this pressure washer for over three years without problems, however, by accident water got into the outlet and stopped working. I called customer service and once they verified that I still had a warranty, they immediately sent me a complete replacement of the equipment. It is the best customer service I have received from any company. Congratulations.

This unit worked as described by others whose reviews I relied on! Easy hook up, ease of use and very mobile. The price is an additional selling point. I intend to take care of my unit, however, in the event I would be in the market again I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this model if I were in the need.
