Just Finished It

I just finished putting the pressure washer together, and I'm happy to report that all the pieces were in the box. One suggestion: Publish the link to the assembly video in the owner's manual and on the box. If the link is printed someplace, I missed it, and I discovered the video after doing some assembly. The assembly video is excellent. ( I may report again after we've used the pressure washer.)

I ordered mine last Sunday and got it on Tuesday!! That was unbelievable. Used it for the first time this Saturday and was extremely impressed. So was my neighbor. He'll be ordering one also. Very powerful for an electric washer. My car, deck and lawn furniture looks new. I'm so impressed that I took the time to write this review!

The quality of this product is outstanding. Puts my old Karcher to shame. The 0 degree nozzle is outstanding for clearing moss out of driveway cracks. Patio stones that have been dirty for years came clean in no time with the 15 degree. Every part is durable and heavy duty especially the hose compared to other pressure washers in this price range. Some people complain about the female/female hose adapter but I had no problems or leaks using a gardena quick release setup. The motor is also quiet. The wand could be a little longer but this is a minor gripe.
I highly recommend this product especially since in this day and age you don't always get what you pay for. Its rare to see quality materials and engineering for a reasonable price these days but this product fits the bill.

Better than messy noisy gas unites.

Plug into a 20 amp circuit, hook up lawn hose, add cleaning solution turn on and use. Electric unites are safer and much more convenient. You don't need 3000 or 4000 PSI unless you want to engrave concrete! Much better than a gas washer, I used before! No gas to go stale or drain for storage.

Overall excellent product. Would have given five stars except for the poor design for storage of the electrical hose and water hose. I still love this washer. I also have the snow blower and the lawn mower. Two more excellent products from this company.

Took paint off fence, cleaned patio deck, and washed the car. All the power you need. Cord length and hose length good but will probable get a hose extension. Runs quieter than I expected. Already recommended it to a friend who is ordering it today.

Love My Sun Joe SPX3000 (But...)
on July 13, 2017

I love my SPX3000! It blows away my previous electric power washer. But, the one weakness it has was apparent as soon as I assembled it. That being the aluminum double female hose to washer adapter. It is of very lightweight construction, the threads are thin and shallow, if it is snug on the washer it will not turn to attach to the hose, if it is snug on the hose it will not turn to attach to the washer. Sun Joe knows this is a problem, otherwise why offer the SPX-BSC Brass Double Female Connector as an after purchase accessory? I don't understand the reasoning behind putting a substandard part on such a superior machine, then expecting your customers to ante up the time, effort and cash to correct the problem. I'm off to my local hardware store for a brass connector. Recommendation: The brass connector should be standard equipment.
