Excellent machine - superb customer service

This unit appears to be extremely well made, does exactly what I wanted it to do (clean up jobs and annual small pond cleaning), and it appears to be (after a great deal of shopping on my part looking at various units and different brands) the best made among similar units. - I did have what I thought to be an issue the second time I used it with the motor overrunning. It appears that, though minimal, there was some air in my hose/water supply. I emailed Sun Joe and got an immediate response. I called to confirm some things and in speaking initially with Corina she suggested that we do some troubleshooting. After hooking up the unit I called back and spoke with Andres. I was able to duplicate the problem, but it appears that some air was in the hose was the culprit. Long story short, I would highly recommend the unit and I have nothing but praise for Sun Joe's customer service. Kudos!

This pressure washer delivers a powerful and accurate stream that gets all my outdoor chores done quickly. The different nozzles are great and it's easy to maneuver when continuously cleaning large projects like siding and cars.

Awesome for washing cars with a foam cannon.... definitely got a little frustrated because the hose is not long enough to maneuver around the whole car, so I had to keep moving the pw around... definitely will buy the extension or the hose... other then that great product

Ok, so this unit is awesome in power, cleans very well. Operation is fairly quiet. Powering completely off when you release the trigger is HUGE plus! Light, easy to move around when needed. Plug in power cord is of decent length. Now the cons. The unit having the water inlet in the front and the outlet in the rear makes it hard for dealing with the hoses, tangling and so on. Original hose is only 20' long. would have preferred at least 25 or 30 foot pressure hose. I would have bought the 25' extention hose with the unit had I realized this issue when I purchased it. The spray wand is too short! I am 5' 10" and found myself crouching down to power wash the driveway and am now fighting to find a longer one from another supplier since they only sell one length! BOO! this is a huge problem for me. I found the 15 degree tip works well for almost everything I cleaned, which was house, rinsed off the cars, and power washed the driveway. Overall an excellent unit that is very well worth the price I paid!
Pros: Weight, Low Vibration, Easy To Use, Reduced Noise, Ease Of Assembly
Cons: Water inlet in front,but pressure outlet in back, Wand is too short in length

Great product- handles a tuff job

This product is great. From the time I opened the box till it was in operation was less than 10 minutes. I used the unit for 3 hours straight with no problems at all. Compared to other electric units that I have used, it is more powerful, better quality construction, much less noise, and easy to handle. I would recommend this unit to anyone that is thinking about a electric power washer.
