Dual detergent tanks means you can have two different products in them and not have to empty and refill for each use. This unit offers amazing pressure for cleaning decks and sidewalks. I called customer service and once they verified that I still had a warranty, they immediately sent me a complete replacement of the equipment. Being a rookie power washer . I had to rely on the reviews. I know it's best not to buy the cheapest., so I spent in the middle. The assembly was about 20 minutes and the instructions were easy to follow. I liked the construction and the fittings were rugged and metal where others are plastic. You can tell that this company is not new to the game. Being an engineer myself I appreciate good design. This could be used by a professional. We plugged it in and used the 25 degree general purpose nozzle. I really like having the snap on - easily accessible storage nozzles. We have a new home and pavers front and back. In Florida during the rainy summers , mold begins to form. My wife gave it a shot and was able to do both front driveway and back pool area plus sidewalks and house facia. No issues and on a 90* day the motor did not overheat. Took us about two hours for the entire house. Great buy.
