My HOA gave me a notice about mold on the north side of my ranch house again that has a high peak for one story that is the attic. I didn't want a loud machine and I didn't want to pay someone to do it again if I need it every 2 years now. It was a good investment. Anything less powerful wouldn't have done the job. I don't know that if the mold on the peak of the house was thick that I could have reached it and ended up using the two highest pressure settings, but it did a good job everywhere I needed it to do it. Using soap didn't seem to help much. Just water worked fine.

spx3000 pressure washer used twice worked very well. I have kettlecorn stand and grease gets on every thing and baked in on somethings sun joe removed all the grease with ease. removed mose from side of house. also got snowjoe 2years ago stell looking for snow. thank goodness I have not used it yet. but it looks great.

Seriously, I was amazed how quiet this electric power washer was compared to gas since I knew I'd be running it on end for hours on my really large deck in a pretty small neighborhood. And with 2300 psi too! It really stands up to its name and no waste of time to the gas station for more gas. I highly recommend this power washer to anyone looking.

Used this to power wash the black algae off of my pool tiles and bottom, and it works like a charm. Great that the heavy duty "gun" hose goes underwater nicely. Only suggestion is a better picture/instructions on how best to stow the electric cord and the "gun" hose. Very happy customer.
